In the event you provide any User Material, you represent and warrant that the User Material is your original creation and that you are the rightful copyright owner of such information, or that you have adequate permission from the rightful copyright owner, and that the use of such material is otherwise permitted by these Terms of Use. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
