We began our Journey to a Million Smiles in May of 2021, and smiles have been shared and celebrated by the Amare team every day since the launch. We’re always working to provide care worthy of this “smilestone” and we even have a mascot – Miles A. Smiles

Meet the leadership team
Our leaders aren’t bosses – they’re coaches who care about our employees and patients.
As CEO, Art is responsible for the organization's overall direction and for developing strategies aligning with the company’s purpose and core values.
Art brings years of senior leadership experience in the healthcare staffing industry. Passionate about caring for others, he has assisted organizations specializing in acute care and post-acute care to obtain the necessary medical professionals to deliver the highest level of care.
As a lifelong learner, Art received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Certificate in Operational Excellence and Total Quality.
Art lives in Greensburg, PA, with his wife Jackie and has three grown children, Clark, Maddie, and Alec. He is actively involved in his community, coaching various youth sports through the years, serving on the Board of Booster Organizations, and volunteering with various youth fundraising events. He enjoys golf, cycling, bowling, water sports, skiing and clay target shooting in his spare time.
As Chief Operating Officer, Andrea is responsible for communicating the company vision & goals while developing actionable business strategies that result in organizational growth.
Andrea spent the last few years working with companies navigating the pandemic, helping deploy nurses to assist FEMA. Before the pandemic, she was the President and CEO of Cirrus Holdings, USA, before the company was acquired in 2019. During her tenure at Cirrus, she was responsible for brand development, taking a regional company to a top 25 nationwide provider of travel nursing and travel allied. The company achieved a 5-year 27.4% CAGR under her direction. With 21 years in the industry, Andrea began her career as a recruiter at AMN Healthcare, working her way to Regional Vice President before joining Cirrus.
Andrea attributes her success to “workforce satisfaction through compassionate leadership.” As a values-driven leader, her peers nominated her to receive the AMN Values in Practice Award. Andrea has sat on the NATHO Board of Directors, is a member of the SIA, and sits on the Board of Directors of the Renmen Foundation.
Andrea resides in Southern Florida with her daughter, Jordyn. She enjoys water sports, nature hikes and visiting the beach. She loves traveling and learning about new cultures and the simple beauties that come daily.
As Director of Finance, Clark provides a financial direction for Amare and development strategies that focus on sustainable growth that align with our purpose and core values.
Clark earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from UMass Amherst Isenberg School of Management.
Clark and his wife Corinne live in Pittsburgh, PA. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time traveling and hiking with his wife and their two dogs, Fred and Finn
As Vice President of People & Culture, Kim drives the organization’s culture and engagement by using people strategies to achieve organizational goals. Kim joined Amare Medical Network with over 17 years of experience in championing the corporate vision, culture, and engagement from the people perspective with expertise in HR Consulting, Coaching, Management, Talent Acquisition, Leave Management, HR Systems, Compliance, and Leadership.
Kim earned a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership from Geneva College and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Geneva College. In addition to her degrees, she is a Certified Professional in Humane Resources (PHR) and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
Kim resides in Pitcairn, PA, with her husband and four children. In her spare time, she enjoys watching sappy Hallmark movies), reading, bike riding, and going for walks.
As the Vice President of Marketing & Communications, Kristie leads the marketing, branding, and communications strategy to achieve organizational goals that align with our purpose and core values. Kristie joined Amare Medical Network with over 20 years of experience in leading brand/marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM, analytics, digital, social, and emerging media strategies.
Kristie earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from West Virginia University and is currently working on a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. In addition to her degrees, she is a Certified Digital Marketing Specialist and certified SEO Specialist.
Kristie lives in Somerset, PA with her son, Jakob, and three golden retrievers – Bella, Sunnie, and Penny. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, planting flowers, cycling classes, and working out.
