What made you choose Amare?

I chose Amare because many of my colleagues give this company excellent reviews. I wanted to work for a company that cares.

Give a one-sentence overview of your job.

As an LPN, I’m a caregiver, a friend, a hand to hold at the end, and family to those who have none.

What is your favorite part of being an LPN?

My favorite part of being an LPN is the chance to be in the lives of so many people and their families. I also enjoy being able to listen to their life story and help them return home.

Why did you decide to become an LPN?

I decided to become an LPN because I have always loved taking care of people.

Is there someone who inspired you to pursue the job you have today?

So many people inspired, pushed, and helped me get to where I am today that I couldn’t choose just one!

Is there a patient that you will never forget?

So many of my residents have touched me in such an amazing way. It wouldn’t be fair to talk about just one of them!

Our company’s purpose is to deliver care worthy of a million smiles. What does that mean to you?

The feeling of seeing someone smile reminds me that this is the greatest job ever.

What is the best part of working for Amare?

The best part of working for Amare is that everyone in the company cares about the employees, they listen and help.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

In 5 years, I hope to be an RN getting to help people and do the job that I love every day!
