Care Provider Spotlight: Arvie Little, CNA

Arvie Little has been a CNA for 14 years, and she loves her job.
“My favorite part of being a CNA is my patients.,” she said. “Taking care of people is what made me pursue this career. I’ve always been a natural caregiver.”
Amare Medical Network is the first agency Arvie has worked for, and her recruiter Natasha Cook says she is doing a fantastic job.
“Arvie has really shown us that she is a team player. She reaches out almost weekly to pick up shifts on top of her assignment,” Natasha said. “She is an excellent CNA, and I am so glad to be her staffing specialist.”
The feeling is mutual.
“Natasha is awesome. I feel like someone has my back when I have an issue or problem, and she always listens without judgment,” Arvie said.
While she is happy delivering care worthy of a million smiles as a CNA, Arvie would like to return to school and eventually work in physical therapy. We know she will do a great job!
“I enjoy working hands-on with people and taking care of people,” she said.
